spicy and creamy seafood spaghetti

my love of seafood and spice

Method

cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.
meanwhile, pour cream into a frying pan.
cook over a medium heat , stiring consantly, until just before boiling.
reduce heat add herbs,salt,peper, onions and parsley.
simmer for 7 ot 8 minutes or until thickened.
stir in the seafood.
add the cheeses.
drain the spaghetti and stir into the sauce.

Ingredients

75g spaghetti
83ml whipping cream
0.5 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon ground black peper
1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
20g chopped spring onion
10g chopped parsley
100g mixed seafood
10g grated gruyere cheese
6g grated parmesan
