Fish Tacos

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Cut fish into pieces
3. pour tortilla chips into a food processor and blend until they are a fine crumb mixture
4. pour crumbs into a bowl
5. pour flower into a container with a lid
6.put eggs and milk into a bowl and mix
7. add all the fish pieces into the flower container and put on a lid and shake it to coat fish in flour
8. dip each piece of fish into the egg mixture and then roll them in the tortilla crumbs
9. put a piece of baking paper on a baking tray
10. place each piece of coated fish onto the covered baking tray
11. bake fish pieces for 10 minutes
12. serve the cooked fish with flour tortillas, sweetcorn, lettuce, mayonnaise, lime and green beans.

2 eggs

100g plain flour
