Bacon and leek risotto

Method

Chop leeks and chives
Cook bacon in saucepan
Add half stock and cook the leeks with the bacon
Pour in rice
Add half Parmesan
Put into bowl and parent with added Parmesan and chives

Ingredients

1.5 l of chicken stock
4 rashers of bacon
1 large leek
300g risotto rice
50g grated Parmesan
1 bunch of chives
