Decadent chocolate tart served with fresh berries

I tried to push myself by including my favourite ingredient (chocolate) with something that I find challenging; pastry.


1. Cream together butter and sugar
2. Add egg and mix
3. Add flour until dough is combined
4. Chill for 30 mins

1. 180c/350f/gas 4
2. Blind bake for 10 mins with baking beans
3. 10m bake without beans
4. Cool

1 Put the Chocolate and honey in bowl
2 Heat cream and pour over chocolate and mix with spatula
3 Cool to room temp
4 Add butter and blend
5 Put in tart and cool


125g chocolate (65%)
45g honey
150ml double cream
125g butter
200g plain flour
1 egg
88g icing sugar
