Super Stir Fry with Stawberry

Because I love Stir Fry, it's a very healthy dish.


Put all the Stir Fry Sauce ingredients together in a pot with a lid. Shake to combine. Put some water in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 4 mins then drain. Meanwhile heat the oil in the wok until very hot. Add the chicken and fry until brown and cooked. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 10 mins. Add Egg Noodles and stir Fry Sauce and cook for a further 10 mins. Serve immediately.


Stir Fry Sauce:
1 tbs Corn Flour
25g Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1 Garlic Clove
50ml Soy Sauce
25ml Cider Vinegar
50ml Water
150ml Veg stock

Stir Fry:
30ml Olive Oil
300g Chicken sliced
180g Egg Noodles
1 Red Pepper sliced
1 tin Baby Sweetcorn drained
1 tin Bean Sprouts drained
1 Red Onion sliced
