Method

Spicy Chops

-first sqeeze fresh lemon juice on the the lamp chops and leave on the side until you mix the spices

- mix in a small bowl salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala

- sprinkle the spice mix on the lamp chops and land pat in the spices on the lamp chops

- leave aside marinated for 2 to 3 hours

- cook the lamp chops on the grill until cooked

Salad

- cut your favourite greens and vegetables in all shapes and sizes and eat with your yummy chops
